The percolator brings out the caramel flavor of our coffees and gives it a very light taste - perfect to go with breakfast.
  • We recommend starting out with a ratio of 1:25. 1 gram of coffee to 23.5 grams of water. If this is too light, go with a higher coffee to water ratio.
  • Begin with machine unplugged.
  • Add desired amount of cold water into the percolator.
  • Place the stem into the percolator so that it fits in the center.
  • Place and fit the percolator filter into the filter holder.
  • Add coffee into the filter, then fold the filter carefully, positioning the holes onto the stem.
  • Place the filter holder onto of the stem in the percolator so that it fits nicely.
  • Cover up with the lid.
  • Plug in the machine. It will start automatically and beep with a red light when finished.
